Make your favourite cup of tea, wear your softest sweater, and or go to a coffee shop to join one of the writers of our new workbook: The Expressions of Being Alone: A Self-Exploration of Solitude and Loneliness (PDF download). Concordia psychologist, Dr. Jade-Isis Lefebvre, will provide a quick overview of the workbook and guide you through an exercise. In this work & discussion time, you will be given time to start the workbook, chat with other participants, and ask questions.

This event is part of Creative Connections and Campus Sustainability Month.

Dr. Jade-Isis Lefebvre is a psychologist at Concordia, where she meets with students individually, innovates wellness programming, creates content, offers workshops, and delivers wellness initiatives. Since May 2020, she has been co-facilitating a workshop called the Expressions of Being Alone with psychologist Debora Rabinovich for the student population of Concordia. The Expressions of Being Alone workbook was created as a stand-alone resource and to support their workshop.
