In this workshop, we will explore how movements and dance can help bring moments of happiness, which we experienced during holidays and vacation, into daily work to nourish and replenish ourselves.
Dance Movement Therapy uses movements and dance to promote cognitive, emotional, physical and social integration. It endorses self-awareness, self-esteem and therapeutic space for expression of feelings.
