Instructor: Tetiana Lazuk, PhD, Registered Dance Movement Therapist 

This workshop helps participants to explore self-awareness in their own bodies and while interacting with others through dance and different movement elements of flow, weight, time and space. We will experience ability to develop recuperative mechanisms for well-being using our body expression. No previous experience in dance needed!
