Description: During the Mental Health Awareness Month, we invite you to explore how engaging in art can improve your self-care. Participants personalize their art pieces through painting and/or writing images, texts, words, symbols, and design. Samples will be presented and basic techniques along with a brief demonstration. Participants are provided instructions and guidance throughout the process of art making. Participants are encouraged to share ideas and to draw inspiration from each other. The final products can be displayed as one collective piece.
