Mental Health Commission of Canada: development of a mental health standard across Canada (universities session)
What does a campus flourishing with mental health look like? The Mental Health Commission of Canada (MHCC) is working with stakeholders from across the country to answer this very question — and in doing so, develop a national standard for Post-Secondary Student Psychological Health and Safety that will launch in 2020. The Standard is voluntary.
We need the help of our colleagues from the university network.
As part of the process of drafting the new Standard, we invite you to participate in community consultations that will capture your experiences, hopes and aspirations for what the Standard could be. The session is open to students, staff and faculty. Cedric Jamet and Elizabeth Hunt from Alambic will facilitate the event. Please note that the session will be in English.
Please join us as we envision a new standard for a flourishing campus in Canada.
Light refreshments will be available. Register today!
