How well do you know yourself?  How well do you know how others see you?

Self-awareness is the meta skill of the 21st century.

Knowing who we are and how others see us is the foundation for strong leadership, smart choices and lasting relationships.

Despite the critical role self-awareness plays in our success and happiness, it is a remarkably rare quality. Our use-of-self is in constant play in many situations in both our personal and professional lives.

In this webinar led by Learning & Development Specialist Tania Chomyk, you’ll learn how to:

  • Become more self-aware – inside out and outside in;
  • Recognize the impact of the choices you are making on others;
  • Learn strategies to develop your “Use-of-Self” as you navigate and process change.
