Sébastien Auger presents an exclusive first-look at Hiring and Developing Talent.

Let’s face it: as a manager, you’re only as good as your team. The good news is that with the right knowledge, skills and experience, you can build your dream team from the ground up by recruiting, hiring and developing the right people.

In this webinar participants will learn how to:

  • hire and integrate the right employees;
