As Human Resources Manager at Microsoft he focuses on helping managers build managerial capabilities in a high performance culture.
Sébastien has Bachelor of Commerce from HEC Montreal and an Master of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Montreal; he has taught in the Leadership and Human Resources programs at Concordia Continuing Education and specializes in hiring and developing talent and compensation and benefits. He also has a wealth of experience managing talent and coaching managers, especially in the banking industry.
