Working from home while more flexible, can create a disconnect between colleagues. There are more opportunities now to miss the nuances of verbal and non-verbal communication, which makes understanding each other more difficult.
Join David Spinner, BA 98, MBA 16, as he discusses how to develop awareness of your individual communication styles and adapt to the styles of others by using the DYNAMIX® four-colour profile system.
In this online workshop, participants will learn:
The four communication styles assessed by the DYNAMIX® psychometric test;
How to assess their own communication style preferences and that of their colleagues, employees and managers to maximize the effectiveness of their communication;
How to use this information in various contexts including job interviews, sending emails, giving presentations and feedback at work.
