Join Sonia Di Maulo, BA 94, MA 01, to learn how to develop new strategies to help regain clarity, engagement and resilience during these challenging times. In a world where change is constant and the speed of change is accelerating, the frequency with which we must reinvent ourselves is on the rise.

If you are a leader, caregiver or parent, this webinar can support your efforts to help your teens or students navigate this evolving world.

By the end of the workshop you will be able to:
  • Describe a potential process for staying grounded and offering hope today and for the future
  • List three strategies for gaining clarity, engagement and resilience during a crisis
  • Encourage yourself and others towards acceptance and reinvention
