Learn how to manage stress and anxiety on the spot with certified coach and mindfulness teacher Catherine Lipscombe, BFA 97, from Mindspace Wellbeing.

Lipscombe will offer a guided meditation for relaxation that can serve as a foundation for your own personal practice. Discover the benefits of integrating mindfulness and meditation into your daily life.

Lipscombe (PPCC, ACC) obtained her credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and her personal and professional coaching designation from Concordia University. She has been practicing meditation since completing her first retreat in 1998 — and teaching and developing body-mind and wellbeing practices for over 20 years.

Lipscombe works regularly with clients to tackle issues like career and relationship shifts, health and wellbeing, stress management, starting your own business, returning to school, new creative endeavors, retirement and work-life balance.

She also holds a BFA in Contemporary Dance from Concordia, where she studied health and wellness and functional anatomy extensively. She is an energy practitioner, a certified instructor in both qigong and Yoga, and a certified shiatsu therapist.
