Alana Lapierre, BA 94, is vice-president, Global Human Resources and Talent, at CCM Hockey where she leads the People, Talent and Culture portfolio across North America, Europe and Asia.

A strategic leader with a track record of aligning HR and business objectives with people and team development, she is a firm believer that great cultures and teams are the reason successful organizations grow and thrive.


Rashida-Geddes

Rashida Geddes, BA 11, is on a mission to help talented young professionals get out of their own way, cut through the noise and bring clarity to their career and life goals. 

As a Millennial women’s leadership coach, talent partner at BMO and professional speaker, Rashida has been featured on Bell Fibe TV1, CBC Canada and at the Harvard Business School, where she’s used her voice and platform to encourage Millennials to value their lived experiences and unapologetically own the brilliance they bring to the workplace.


Miriam-Tadros

Miriam Tadros, BA 04, is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and vice-president of Human Resources at Fuze HR Solutions Inc., a recruitment firm for senior- and intermediate-level staffing solutions, as well as temporary staffing.

Miriam manages employer branding through social media, as well as a corporate talent acquisition team focused on Fuze HR’s growth and expansion within their seven offices.


Tevan-Crooks

Tevan Crooks, BA 17, is an industrial recruitment consultant who helps connect candidates searching for employment to employers searching for motivated individuals to join their team.

Before starting a career in as a recruitment consultant at Fuze HR Solutions Inc., Tevan began as warehouse worker who quickly rose to the position of a warehouse manager.
