Stacey is an experienced community convenor with a collaborative leadership style who loves to see and experience the world. She joined Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada in 2017 playing a critical role in the inception of the Canadian Mentoring Partnership (CMP).
As Managing Director, Stacey is responsible for leading her team and sector stakeholders through the conceptualization, development and management of a pan-Canadian mentoring movement. Stacey is excited by the opportunity to build and develop CMP into a backbone collective impact organization.
Based in Montréal, she brings over 15 years’ experience in strategic development, change management, and capacity building to the CMP. Niloofar Moradi earned her undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Concordia University in 2010 and launched her career at Rolls-Royce Canada in the energy sector. Drawn to aviation and aerospace, Moradi later joined Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) as an aerodynamicist, where she was involved in all aspects of turbine aerodynamics – from research and airfoil design to engine development and production support. In 2016, concurrent with her design work at P&WC, Moradi earned her Master’s degree from École de Technologie Supérieure as a significant player in the creation of a multi-disciplinary design optimization system.
Moradi’s dedication to encouraging and creating new opportunities for the next generation of engineers keeps her ever engaged with the engineering community. Her drive to inspire and mentor the younger generation is a direct result of her firmly held pay-it-forward philosophy. In addition to her work and volunteer activities, she is an avid traveler and a passionate scuba diver.

Leslie started her career in a recruitment agency as a generalist where she had the opportunity to execute a 360-degree role, encompassing sales and recruitment. Through this experience, she learned a lot about how companies function and discovered many professions that she didn’t even know existed. This is where she fell in love with recruitment. Leslie then landed in the corporate world and had the chance to lead teams in as a Director, working for organizations in the IT industry. Currently, Leslie is the Director of Talent Acquisition for an amazing team of six recruiters for a great company called MindGeek, a global leader in the design, development, marketing, SEO and management of highly trafficked websites. Her role is to ensure business needs are met in terms of filling open roles, candidate experience, internal recruitment processes, etc.
Leslie never gets bored because she constantly faces opportunities to learn, be strategic, coach, contribute to the well-being of the organization and make people’s lives better.
