Dawn Williams's first sales job was at Xerox where she learned fundamental selling skills.
She then went into telecom as a sales rep and was promoted to sales manager and more senior sales leadership roles until the day she purchased Sirius Personnel — a recruitment firm specialized in sales and marketing professionals. Throughout this time, she was also busy completing her MBA with a major in Finance and minor in Marketing.
Sirius recruits and places sales and marketing professionals throughout Quebec for their B2B clients. Dawn conducts hundreds of interviews per year and listens to feedback from hiring managers and human resources professionals on what works and what does not. She believes that everyone has a skill and that it's her job to find out what each candidate’s skill is.
