In this workshop by Jess Malz, BA 13, MA 15, participants will engage in a reflection mapping process and identify a core personal development zone and build an action plan to navigate a current or anticipated career transition.

Jess Malz is an organizational development consultant, certified coach, learning experience designer and facilitator.

She has a master’s degree in Human Systems Intervention and multiple certifications in design, coaching and facilitation. She has brought Reinventing Work to Montreal to collectively explore new ways of working.

Jess is the founder of INBO, a boutique organizational learning and transformation consultancy in Montreal. Their mission is to transform how the world leads, organizes and works. INBO works with small to medium sized organizations experiencing rapid growth that want to create human centered workplaces that value the development of their people.
