Panel Discussion: Race, Gender and Intersectionality
This event is intended to carve out a platform to convey and rehash non-conforming narratives and standpoints that illustrate, with a clear-sightedness that is off the beaten path, what race and gender can come to incarnate.
Intersectionality is added to the mix so that we can unpack our truths and relay the stories of our "othered" bodies and minds that navigate multi-layered forms of stigma and oppression.
Four Concordia alumni will lead the discussion with the assistance of a moderator. Each topic is broken down into 20 minutes swiftly followed by a Q & A.
All are welcome to attend.
