Are you looking for opportunities to make music with others?

Come take a musical health break with us and release your stress! Connect with the Live Your Music Community, fill your home with melodies and learn fun ways to make your own music happen.

Studies show that interactive music making enhances overall brain function and wellbeing, you'll get to experience the energy and brain boost that creative musical play gives us.

You'll get to meet new people and maybe even make new friends!

Bring your love for music, and an instrument if you have one that you love to play. If you don't have an instrument, no worries, we have percussion instruments available for you to play.

This workshop series is facilitated by Irene Feher from the Concordia's Department of Music. Feher is also a certified Music For People Facilitator.
