RANT: Transformation

RANT is back at the Acts of Listening Lab (ALLab)

Come join us at our upcoming performances!

RANT: Transformation

The more fluid and experimental part of the performance gets a look. Artaud? Sound? Live creation? All are on the table to try and explore.

RANT is a participatory performance event that acts as an outlet for communal release through sharing, listening and improvised theatre. The project has been in development since 2017 by Concordia Alumnus Julian Duarte (BFA Theatre and Development Specialization) and a group of talented performers and was the ALLab's first Artists-in-Residence in the winter of 2019. This Fall we are back in the ALLab refining our practice further, with a focus on care, ethics and spontaneous responsive performance creation.

RANT Members:
