To launch the year 2023 and the winter term, The Docinter invites you to attend a bilingual panel discussion entitled: “The Contributions of Art History to Postcolonial and Decolonial Studies: Current Works and Prospective“.

This event aims at promoting one of Docinter’s leading areas of research and will bring together professors and PhD students who will speak of their involvement, research, and the role of Art History in Postcolonial and Decolonial Studies.

Speakers include Dr. Alice Ming Wai Jim and Rodrigo D’Alcântara (Concordia); Dr. Analays Alvarez Hernandez and Dr. Julie Graff (UdeM); Dr. Jean-Philippe Uzel and Hend Ben Salah (UQAM).

The discussion will be followed by a cocktail.
