Me Nancy Cleman is responsible for the Intellectual Property group at Lapointe Rosenstein Marchand Melançon. She is a registered trademark agent and an accredited mediator (commercial). Me Cleman has extensive experience both nationally and internationally and provides legal advice to a variety of corporate and commercial clients, with a focus on intellectual property and information technology law. She is active in community work and sits on several boards and committees. Me Cleman regularly speaks and gives conferences on a variety of topics.
Me Nicholas Bertram
Me Nicholas Bertram is an intellectual property lawyer, patent agent and trademark agent. He has developed through his practice an expertise in patent procurement, more specifically with respect to chemical, mechanical and biotechnological subject matter. Me Bertram develops patent protection strategies tailored to the client’s business objectives. He works closely with clients to identify the key features of their technology that will be the subject of patent protection for purposes of enforcement and commercialization. He is also brought on to provide expertise in patent litigation matters.
