WIE INSPIRE, WIE EMPOWER: Conference for Young Women Interested in Pursuing a Career in STEM

In honour of International Women's Day, Women in Engineering (WIE) Concordia is hosting a free conference for girls in high school (grades 7-11).

Participants will benefit from hands-on workshops hosted by industry leaders from Google, Kiewit, Société Generale and Space Concordia and will attend guest lectures by three female leaders in STEM, including our very own Gina Cody!

The conference aims to make a lasting impact on how young women envision their potential career paths and make decisions about their current and future education.

The event is free to attend and breakfast, lunch and snacks are included.
