Join us this fall on a cycling/walking tour using the Wastescapes APP.  Tours will be hosted by Liz Miller (Communication Studies) and MJ Thompson (Art Education) in collaboration with Centre for Oral History and Digital Storytelling and Loyola Sustainability Research Center. We will share the backstory and visit a few sites. Before each tour you will want to download the Wastescapes App on your Iphone or Android.

Following the three-kilometer Réseau-Vert bike path and meandering through the Mile End neighbourhood, this route explores sites of transformation and repurposing. Here we'll examine industries proposing slower models of consumption, sites in the process of re-wilding, and art made from transformed waste.

Meet up: “End Field” on App – corner of Clark and cycling path; Coordinates 45.52851, -73.606820

This event is part of Campus Sustainability Month at Concordia, a month-long series of events, activities, and giveaways.
