Dr. Bernal received his B.S. from Clarkson College, M.S.from the University of Virginia and Ph.D.from Columbia University. He is now retired from the University of Houston, and is currently an Adjunct Professor at Hunter College of CUNY, Rutgers University and the University of Johannesburg, ZA.
