Concordia Cooking Series

The cooking series includes step-by-step video tutorials featuring six Aramark executive chefs, who prepare dishes derived from local ingredients and seasonal produce.

Plant-forward eating

Plant forward is a style of eating that highlights and celebrates plants as the centre of the plate. Animal proteins, if present, are less prominent.
