You need to eat lunch, so why not help out the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada while you’re at it?

The seventh annual multiple sclerosis (MS) fundraiser luncheon takes place on Thursday, May 26, from 12 to 2 p.m. in the atrium of the Engineering, Computer Science and Visual Arts Integrated Complex.

Menu: a taste of Greece

Lunch includes grilled chicken or tofu, Greek salad and grilled vegetables, pita bread with authentic tzatziki, and, of course, dessert. The cost is $12, tax included.

Iron Chef heats up

Want to whet your appetite? Check out this video of Concordia’s second annual Iron Chef-style competition, held on March 24:

Two teams of amateur student chefs squared off in the Buzz Dining Hall on Concordia’s Loyola Campus.

One team represented the Grey Nuns Residence, while the other represented both Loyola residences: Hingston Hall and the Jesuit Residence. It was a close — and delicious — call, but Team Grey Nuns defeated reigning champions the Pastafarian Warriors.

Reserve your Greek lunch
before May 20 for dine-in or take-out. The event takes place on May 26, from 12 to 2 p.m. in the atrium of the Engineering, Computer Science and Visual Arts Integrated Complex (EV) (1515 Ste-Catherine St. W.), Sir George Williams Campus.
