UG academic advising calendar
Academic Advising is available to current undergraduate students via drop-in private zoom sessions or drop-in in-person advising hours. Unless indicated otherwise, registration is required for Zoom sessions: please click on a session in the list below. Students admitted to Concordia for the Fall 2023 should go to this page for more information about registering for a Touchstone session.
Students must prepare their questions prior to meeting with an advisor, and be mindful that the advising appointment may only last a few minutes, so as to give everyone who signed up for that advising session a chance to meet with the advisor. We also encourage you to have a copy of your unofficial student transcript.
Zoom sessions: Students will go into a queue when joining the meeting and will stay in the Zoom Waiting Room until called in by the advisor. The advisor will admit one student at a time.
In-person sessions: No registration required. Students must line up outside of H-1158 until the advisor invites them in the room one at a time. Please check or confirm if the time is still available before coming in.
An academic advisor can provide advice on the following:

Our academic advisors cannot assist with the following:

- Enrolling students into courses (please refer to the Registration guide)
- Course selection for non-ECON classes (this elective list might help)
- Immigration or work permits for international students (please refer to the International Student Office)
