The Presencing Institute is the organization founded by MIT Senior Lecturer, Otto Scharmer, and his colleagues that launched u.lab in 2015. Originally founded in 2006, the aim of the Presencing Institute is to create an action research platform at the intersection of science, consciousness and profound social and organizational change. On the site you can find resources, translations and discussion boards related to the u.lab course.

If you would like to deepen your understanding of awareness-based systems change, you can find further resources, publications and blogs from Otto Scharmer on his website.
