Call for mentors: Support the next generation of Black leaders

The NouLa Mentorship Program is looking for Black professionals who are passionate about supporting students and emerging graduates as they navigate their academic and professional journeys.

Throughout the academic year, NouLa offers a guided mentorship program for a small cohort of Black Concordia students and recent alumni. The program connects participants with experienced Black professionals across a range of industries, creating meaningful opportunities for learning, reflection, and growth.

As a mentor, you'll help participants explore topics such as:
• Navigating workplace dynamics
• Showing up authentically and confidently in professional spaces
• Understanding and managing code-switching
• Building professional networks and career confidence

Applications are open and reviewed on a rolling basis.
