Scenography Portfolio Review: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Come visit us at our Virtual Open House where you'll be able to share your portfolio and get constructive feedback from Faculty Members Ana Cappelluto and Raymond Marius Boucher, and from current and recently graduated students from the program.

Performance Creation Workshop: 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

In this workshop, full-time Performance Creation faculty will introduce participants to the process of creating an original performance from scratch, drawing on everyday life social interaction as source material. You'll be asked to work in pairs to theatrically re-create an everyday situation. The workshop will give you an insight into what it takes to engage ethically and safely with fellow artists and community members.

Acting for the Theatre Workshop: 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Get a sense of our approach by joining a 60-minute acting class, taught by full time faculty members with demonstrations by current Acting students. Warm up your body, voice, and imagination, then play with moments of slipping into character and exploring spoken text.

Observe an Acting Rehearsal: 1:00 p.m. onward

Watch a cast of Acting students rehearse for our upcoming dance-theatre Production “Feydeau Undressed" (working title). Based on the classical farce “Mixed Doubles” by French playwright George Feydeau, this production uses feminist and gender-queer ideas to challenge the power structures of the past.
