The Access Centre for Students with Disabilities (ACSD) is committed to promoting equal access to education and an inclusive campus community. The ACSD provides academic accommodations to reduce barriers to participation for students with documented disabilities and engages in community-building to further promote an inclusive environment at Concordia.
Counselling and Psychological Services
Services Offered
Counselling and Psychological Services offers short-term counselling to currently registered Concordia students. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Our team of licensed mental health practitioners work with students to create a care plan that is tailored to their unique needs and goals and provide referrals to resources at Concordia and in the community.
Zen Dens
The Zen Dens are spaces across each faculty and both campuses to take a break from the demands of student life. Students can connect with wellness staff and trained student Wellness Ambassadors for peer support and active listening, as well as resources and referrals for holistic health and wellbeing. Additionally, the Zen Dens offer psycho-educational workshops with professionals and interactive activities for mind-body connection.
