Experiential Learning Office

Concordia University is dedicated to ensuring that an experiential learning (EL) experience is beneficial to all stakeholders. The Experiential Learning Office provides support and coordination for EL activities across the university to assist students, faculty, staff and partner organizations.

The EL office helps to coordinate and support:

  • EL opportunities, including job opportunities on campus
  • EL skills development activities
  • Training and professional development (in conjunction with other units)
  • Requests from partners for student involvement
  • Building and maintaining relations with partners to develop and sustain partnerships
  • Integrating EL in courses (through Riipen or in conjunction with the Centre for Teaching and Learning)
  • Reflection and assessment of EL
  • The promotion of EL activities internally and externally
  • Connecting with various university units
