We are recruiting community members who are passionate about social transformation and who wish to become active participants in SHIFT's leadership and decision-making.
Our governance framework engages community members of the broader SHIFT ecosystem to bring accountability and transparency to key decisions and to ensure that our programs and actions are aligned with our mission, vision, values and ways of working.
We are currently recruiting for all our decision-making bodies:
- Steering Committee: make overall strategic decisions for SHIFT’s orientations.
- Fund Disbursement Hub: help increase the effectiveness and availability of SHIFT’s funding programs and partnership opportunities.
- Governance Hub: work to ensure that SHIFT’s governance models are benefiting our mission and our community, with decision-making practices that support social change.
- Space Hub: help us create a welcoming, accessible collaboration space on Concordia’s campus.
- Ecosystem Activation Hub: be a bridge builder, creating partnership links across SHIFT’s community, Concordia University, and Montreal to support socially transformative work.
