Why was your organization created? Does everyone agree on its "raison d’être"? Do you need to resolve certain issues before your organization can really make the impact you want it to? Is everyone pulling in the same direction? Register now to join this coaching program led by consultant Lise Palmer. Through a series of workshops, held between September and December, your team will have the opportunity to dive deeply into your organization's mission, vision, and values with the aim of positioning you to act from a place of profound alignment. The program will combine focused individual coaching for your team and opportunities to exchange with other organizations. We recommend that all organizational decision-makers participate in the workshops. The total time commitment is three full days between September and December with some light work between workshops. About the facilitator Lise Palmer has helped not-for-profits and cooperatives with this question for the last 14 years. She will share a model of organizational development, host a lively discussion, and give you a chance to reflect in a supportive environment with other organizations. |
