When I started my undergraduate degree, I wasn’t feeling right. Some friends told me about the services available on campus to help students struggling with mental health.
I’m now the president of the Concordia chapter of jack.org, a national network of young leaders transforming the way we think about mental wellness.
We all have a role in changing perceptions. I work with students and staff to ensure our students are listened to and supported.
My name is Alexis Lahorra and I’m an undergraduate student in communication and cultural studies.
