Readmission requirements

The Learning and Study Skills Inventory (LASSI) is designed to help students and the university evaluate what kind of support and conditions need to be in place for a student to be successful in pursuing academic goals. It will provide a basis for improving all student learning and study strategies and can be used as a diagnostic measure to help identify areas in which students could benefit most from educational support.

This inventory is in the form of 64 multiple choice answers to questions on a set of crucial study and learning skills. It will take approximately 20 minutes and you will be sent the results with a guide on how to interpret your scores. Please use the login information provided in the list below.

Download the Application for Readmission and the Readmission Agreement. Students must apply for readmission according to the Academic Assessment letter's instructions. Students in CUC Business Certificates must apply to the School of Extended Learning. Application forms for readmission and the Student Readmission Agreement forms are available below:

• Independent undergraduate readmission  — Independent students are required to submit a letter of explanation and supporting documentation as outlined in the Independent undergraduate readmission process (the Application for Readmission form is not required).

Submit the completed Application for Readmission and the Readmission Agreement, LASSI results and all relevant documents to your Faculty. Please check below for your faculty's submission deadline:

Gina Cody School of Engineering and Computer Science: June 15, 2023 

John Molson School of Business: June 15, 2023 

Arts and Science: June 15, 2023 

Fine Arts: June 15, 2023
