We invite you to conduct an on-campus information session where your staff can inform students about your organizational culture, recruiting practices and current openings. This is a great opportunity to meet students face to face and fully customize the event according to your recruitment needs. 

You can:

  • Reserve a classroom, give a presentation and speak individually with students
  • Invite students from specific university programs matching your needs
  • Cater the event
  • Book audio-visual equipment according to your requirements

Additional Information

  • We will provide you with billing details - costs will vary according to your company needs
  • If you choose to have catering, requests must go through our office and no external food is permitted on campus

Please note, cancellations must be made minimum 10 business days in advance of the event or charges will apply.  

CAPS reserves the right to refuse any employer that registers for an information session or use any method of reaching Concordia students for employment purposes through our services.
