Patient Resources

Wondering where you can find reliable information regarding the health concern you are dealing with? All the resources below have been vetted by the Health Services team!  If you do not see the health topic you would like to know more about in the list below, search for it on a reliable health website such as the Mayo Clinic, MedlinePlus or WebMD.

If you are looking for services in Montreal, the Information and Referral Centre of Greater Montreal/211 service "is an autonomous and bilingual non profit organization which offers free information on community resources of Greater Montréal in terms of social security, health, employment, welfare, and recreation".  You can contact them by phone: from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., 7 days a week, call 211, or if 211 does not work on your cell phone, call 514 527-1375. Or e-mail them through a request form.  They will get back to you with the information or services you require.

If you are looking for medical and health promotion services here in Montreal, the Santé Montréal Portal is a good place to start.
