GPDI529 - Build your own gadgets with Arduino

Come and get started with Arduino, a user-friendly platform for microcontrollers that will allow you to build anything from a weather station to a wearable electronics device. Arduino Uno kits will be provided, but feel free to bring your own materials if you have them.

Please bring your laptop or sign one out from the Loans & Returns desk of the Webster Library before the workshop. No prior programming or electronics experience required!

Learning Objectives


Upon completion of this workshop participants will:
1. Understand the different components of the Arduino platform.
2. Understand the type of projects possible to build with microcontrollers.
3. Have hands on experience wiring up a circuit and modifying Arduino code
