GPDI502 - Advanced Microsoft Word

This workshop is designed to introduce you to advanced features of word processing in MS Word 2010. Some of the features to be covered in the workshop are managing documents, editing and formatting fonts, formatting paragraphs and pages, working with mass mailing and many more. At the end of the workshop participants will learn how to efficiently produce professional-looking documents.

Learning Objectives



In this workshop, participants will learn to:
1- Identify MS Word components
2- Utilize MS Word features in word processing
3- Produce professional documents in MS Word

Leaders Information



This workshop is led by Rehab Mahmoud. Rehab Mahmoud is a part-time faculty, human and organizational development facilitator, and trainer. She received her M.A. in Human Systems Interventions (HSI) from Concordia University. Rehab had been immersed in the domain of adult learning and professional development for more than a decade. Her work is informed by her hands-on experience and strong business acumen. The learning experiences she designs and facilitates are fun, engaging and grounded in experiential learning theories and universal design for learning.
