Mindfulness Skills

This hands-on and informative workshop will help you begin your practice of mindfulness. We will learn the benefits of mindfulness and introduce various mindfulness exercises that can help you relax, rejuvenate, and ground yourself to bring more presence into your everyday life.

This practical and informative workshop will help you deal with your distressing feelings. You will learn the difference between being panicked, overwhelmed, and panic attacks. You will be introduced to tools to manage these feelings.

Drop by and meditative colour, sculpt with playdough, enjoy relaxing puzzles, have a snack, or just chill with our Wellness Ambassadors. This is a joint project between the Multi-faith & Spirituality Centre, Residence Life, and Counseling and Psychological Services. Open to all members of the Concordia community.
