Student Advocate Program

A student advocate's job is to help Concordia students understand the Academic Code of Conduct and the Code of Rights and Responsibilities and also to help them navigate through university procedures. Our number one priority is to offer assistance and support to students when they need help.

Understanding the Academic Code of Conduct
and the Code of Rights and Responsibilities

The Student Advocate Program (SAP) can help if you ever face charges under the Academic Code of Conduct or the Code of Rights and Responsibilities. The SAP has advocates who are specifically trained and experienced to help you through difficult situations. Being charged can be very stressful and complex. This is why our advocates help you through the entire process which includes meetings with associate deans, hearings, and appeals. We can also help you with Academic reevaluation procedures.

Navigating university procedures

Concordia gives you the opportunity to apply for many different requests and the SAP can help you understand what you need to do to ensure that they are properly prepared. Whether you are an undergraduate or graduate student, should you decide to apply for a student request, please come see us for help!
