In light of the open consultations, world cafés, and all of the comments shared with the President since October, the draft strategic directions document has been reworked into a draft strategic plan. This plan is available here, and is being circulated for further review and comment.

An action plan to support the strategic plan is currently being developed. As part of this process, the President has mandated three "Presidential Panels" to focus special attention on areas of particular importance to her:

• Student Experience
• Employee Engagement
• Community Engagement

Each panel has been charged with reviewing the feedback relevant to its respective area. The panels will also have the authority to request additional submissions or hold limited consultations as they deem necessary. Their reports will inform the creation of the action plan.
