In a large university like Concordia, it is difficult to personally consult with every faculty and staff member in the institution, or even with every program director, unit head or department chair. This website has been created to allow the steering committee to engage as many key stakeholders as possible in the strategic planning process by providing relevant information to the Concordia community. The purpose of this material is to inform faculty council visits, town hall meetings and other consultations that will occur in the following months.
This website is also designed to offer a means of providing your much-valued feedback. The thoughts and opinions that you offer will be treated with the strictest confidence and will directly affect the content of the strategic plan.
We encourage all members of the Concordia community to offer constructive feedback by using the online feedback form on this website, by telephone or through internal mail. In addition, personal meetings with the project manager can be organized in order to share ideas face to face.
