Evaluation of a Leadership Development Program for Nurse Managers
This program of research aims to implement and test the effectiveness of a strength-based nursing leadership development program and its mentoring component. The postdoctoral fellow will be expected to contribute expertise to the design and implementation of the leadership evaluation program. In addition, the post-doctoral fellow will be expected to collaborate with a team of faculty members in order to coordinate a team of graduate students collecting data for the program evaluation. The program evaluation involves mixed methodology with multi-site data collection, and longitudinal and multi-source data gathering. The post-doctoral fellow will also be expected to initiate, and collaborate on, other research projects on leadership development and evaluation more broadly, in both public and private sectors.
