  • Atrium To ensure your event on campus is a successful one, it must comply with University-wide event-related policies and procedures. We've prepared a comprehensive guide to take you through the process:

    Helpful tips before you get started:

    • University Designated Space Administrators (DSA) manage and book available space on campus to host events.
    • Avoid last minute planning...The key to a successful event is to allow plenty of time for the planning process to ensure you have everything covered! Respect your deadlines, otherwise, you may jeopardize your event.
    • Pay attention to what applies to your event...carefully read the related documents provided- you are responsible for adhering to all relevant policies, booking terms and procedures which apply to your event.
    • Provide accurate details about your event description when submitting your request to avoid encountering processing delays.
    • Requests are evaluated before they can be confirmed. Advertise your event only AFTER you have received an official booking confirmation from the Designated Space Administrator (DSA).
    • Request and review quotes and confirmations from the DSA and/or service providers so you can plan accordingly.
