Pick-up & mailing of diplomas

In person pick-up

If you do not attend your Convocation ceremony you will be able to pick up your diploma at Enrolment Services (1400 De Maisonneuve Blvd. West, Room LB-700) two weeks after the Convocation ceremonies. You need to present your student ID card.

Office hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Should you be unable to visit our Office during business hours, alternate arrangements can be made by e-mailing diplomamailin@concordia.ca.

Should you owe an amount on your student account, it will have to be paid in full before we can release your diploma. This can be done in person at the Birks Student Service Centre where you will also be able to pick up your diploma.

If another person is to pick up your diploma, he or she will need written authorization signed by you, listing your student ID number and type of degree (e.g., BA - Major History). Please ensure that all of your fees have been paid.

Mailing

If you prefer to have your diploma mailed, please print and complete the Diploma Mail-in Form. The mailing fee is $25 (CDN). Payment can be made by certified cheque, money order, bank draft, or by credit card (VISA or MasterCard). Complete payment information is indicated on the form.

Diplomas will be sent by ExpressPost (within Canada) or registered mail (outside Canada) beginning two weeks after the Convocation ceremonies.

Please note that the convocation ceremonies may be taped, filmed, webcast or broadcast. Ceremony dates and times are subject to change without notice.
