Violent extremism is currently one of the most important challenges to peace and security, undermining sustainable development and respect for international human rights.

The Montreal Institute for Genocide and Human Rights Studies at Concordia University is organizing a two-day Global Countering Violent Extremism Forum (CVE).

The forum on CVE is a unique program tailored to mid- to senior-level professionals and students interested in radicalization, and the intersections between violent extremism, human rights and mass atrocities.

For a full schedule and more information about the speakers, agenda and registration, please visit the event website.
