Burundi crisis: MIGS holds event with renowned political-scientist René Lemarchand

The Montreal Institute for Genocide and Human Rights Studies held an event with renowned French-American political-scientist René Lemarchand. Lemarchand, who is known for his research on ethnic conflict, the genocide in Rwanda, and conflicts in the Great Lakes Region, spoke about the current political crisis in Burundi, his expectations for the country's, and the crisis' implication for the region.
