Help improve Concordia's facilities by completing the questionnaire.
Do you want to help Concordia become a better place?
It only takes a few minutes to complete the annual Concordia Facilities Survey. And by doing so, you'll be helping to evaluate the property-management and customer-service performance of the university's Facilities Management department.
Your responses will help identify areas in need of improvement.
Faculty, staff and students can submit their feedback until January 15, 2016. All information remains confidential.
One lucky respondent will win $200 at the Concordia Bookstore. Last year’s winner, Gabriel Lapointe, is a student in the Department of History.
