Concordia University will be observing a holiday schedule on Monday, October 13.
No classes or other instructional activities will occur. Only staff, faculty and graduate students with proper identification will have access to offices, studios and laboratories; undergraduate students will require a letter from their respective departments.
Additionally, a water interruption is planned for the Henry F. Hall Building that day. During this time, please use the washroom facilities in the J.W. McConnell Building across the street.
Closures:
- Le Gym (Sir George Williams Campus)
- Le Centre (Loyola Campus)
- Shuttle buses will not be operational

Libraries
- Both libraries will be open for study only
Food services
- For those with a Concordia meal plan, the Buzz and the Zest will be open for brunch and supper
- Chartwells food service units will be closed
Parking
- J.W. McConnell Building parking will be closed
- Loyola parking will be open from 6 a.m. to midnight
- Faubourg Tower parking will be open from 6 a.m. to midnight
Tunnel access
- The tunnels on the Sir George Williams Campus will be closed after 11 p.m. on Sunday, October 12, until 7 a.m. on Tuesday, October 14.
