Two of the most common barriers to healthy eating identified by students are lack of time and lack of money.

In this workshop designed for graduate students, you will learn what a healthy diet looks like and discover strategies to eat healthfully when you have little time to prepare food or a limited budget for grocery shopping.

Learning objectives:

  1. To review the qualities of a healthy diet
  2. To outline strategies to eat healthfully when you don’t have a lot of time
  3. To outline strategies to eat healthfully with a limited grocery budget

This event is run by GradProSkills, which offers professional development workshops and resources designed for graduate students.
